Item processing will take on average 1-2 business days, but this may be longer if delays occur. MoonzMart will contact the customer in the event of any delays.

If any items happen to be out of stock, the customer will immediately be refunded for their purchase. Visit our FAQ section for other information on shipping.
If an order is returned due to delivery to a wrong address, we can either refund the customer once products are returned to our facility, or we can reship the products at the customers expense.
If the customer returns any damaged items to the sender, undamaged items will be refunded and we will make a claim for damaged products. When the claim is concluded, the awarded amount will be refunded back to the customer. The customer should complete any claims on their own so as to cut down on claim processing time, otherwise we must first receive the package in question before we are able to begin a claim on the customers behalf, which would greatly increase claim wait time. Shipping charges will not be refunded in any circumstance.
Chocolate and other melt-able goods are difficult to guarantee in non-melted condition. If temperatures in any location from shipping, throughout transit, and at the final destination are above 73 degrees Fahrenheit, goods may arrive slightly damaged. At temperatures above 82 degrees Fahrenheit, the products are more likely to melt. MoonzMart will not be held responsible for any temperature-related damages caused during shipping and receiving.
